Mindlogix — Intelligence Learning & Automation

We help organisations put AI to work.

Buying AI tools is the easy part. Using them well needs three things: automation on real processes, reports people act on, and managers and teams who change how they work. Most companies have only one of these in place.

The three parts

AI Agents & Automation

AI agents and automation running real business processes, on your existing tools or as custom applications.

Why companies start here

It is usually the first purchase. Licences are easy to budget for and easy to demonstrate to management.

The risk

The tools arrive but the work does not change. People use them for emails and notes, and the main processes run as before.

How we work on it

We choose one real process, agree who owns it, and automate it end to end before moving to the next.

Data & Decisions

Reports and dashboards that managers use to make decisions.

Why companies start here

Most companies already have some reporting, so one more dashboard is easy to get approved.

The risk

Reports get produced but not used for decisions, so nobody can tell whether the AI spend is working.

How we work on it

We start from the decisions your managers make, and build the reports around those.

Leadership & Adoption

Training for leaders, managers and teams, so new tools become part of daily work.

Why companies start here

There is no licence to buy and nothing to demonstrate, so it is often the first item cut from the budget.

The risk

The tools and reports go unused, and the spend is hard to justify at the next budget review.

How we work on it

We train each level on what changes in their own work. A director and a team lead attend different sessions.

We work on all three, as one service.

We advise, train and build. We work with the tools you already have, and build custom applications where they fall short. You can start with whichever part matters most to you now.

How an engagement works

Advice, training and building are stages of one service. You can start with consulting or with a course.

An advisory engagement

We start from your specific problem. For larger or unclear projects we begin with a Pilot: a small, fixed piece of work, so both sides can check the fit before committing further.

A course

Training for your team, on its own or alongside consulting.

  1. Advise

We review your current tools, reports and processes, and identify what is blocking adoption.

  2. Enable

We train the people whose work is changing, with separate sessions for leaders, managers and teams.

  3. Build

We build what the review calls for: automations, reports and custom applications, on the tools you already use where possible. It stays with you.
